We were tasked with conducting the search for the Deputy General Counsel of an ASX 50 organisation in the entertainment sector with revenues in excess of $6bn and over 7,000 staff across the globe. The mandate focused on identifying a top talent senior legal counsel who could operate on a global scale with the ability to drive change within the function. With deep knowledge of the entertainment sector gained from direct team experience working in entertainment we were able to bring in a leader who not only delivered the right technical results but helped to drive transformation in the manner in which legal counsel was delivered and received among the board and executive team. With increasing pressure on cost and yield in the aviation sector the need for technology and digital innovation and delivery of robust technology foundations has never been more critical. We were tasked with conducting the global executive search for one of Australia’s most iconic brands to find a leader capable of transforming the team and technology foundations of the business. With our partners having direct CIO and senior technology management consulting experience we were quickly able to identify a world class field of technology leaders to the client. With the aim of providing a leader who could help mitigate the disruption facing the industry with the right technology solutions for the business while developing the team, we were able to place the CTO within a twelve week time period.
