Claude Ringuet
Claude Ringuet is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience and a track record of commercial achievements. He has worked with leading global brands at the CEO and board level in Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA.
It's this hands-on experience that makes the key difference to Claude's executive search skills. Having a background in corporate executive roles adds insight to a search that most recruitment-path consultants don't have. This key differentiator has made the transition to executive search consultancy incredibly fulfilling. It’s a rewarding process to be able to put a really senior candidate into a new role, knowing that the both the candidate and the client are both really excited by the opportunity.
A strategic and resourceful advisor, he is adept at forming partnerships and has built an extensive network amongst senior leaders across industries. Claude has delivered meaningful searches across C-suite executive leadership roles and was a former MD, CIO, and Global Head of Strategy.
Claude has graduated with Bachelor of Commerce/ Law from the University of Wollongong and holds a Master in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Maja Kuzmanoski
Maja is a principal in the firm and is an experienced executive search consultant having spent time at Korn Ferry and Adecco working across a range of sectors and c-suite roles, including senior functional leadership roles. Maja has deep expertise in the digital space and has depth in the talent assessment and development as well as role architecture and design domains.
Maja has delivered roles encompassing global searches and is a highly respected search professional. Prior to her career in executive search Maja spent time in a range of talent assessment and development roles as well as research. Maja holds an undergraduate degree in Science (Psychology) from UNSW.
Jusveen Chandhok
Jusveen is a senior executive search research professional with a decade of experience delivering mandates with Egon Zehnder across a range of sectors and functions with a deep focus on technology. Jusveen his delivered C-Suite roles in Europe, the USA and widely across Asia Pacific.
Jusveen has also had direct industry experience having led executive hiring for Microsoft and had the privilege to hire the first GitHub employee in India (Country CEO role). In his time at Microsoft, Jusveen serviced the US market at C level.
With deep research skills and a vast network, Jusveen is an executive search expert who brings a mature, considered and global lens to all mandates and delivers exceptional quality research and advisory to clients. With a real focus on diversity and inclusion, Jusveen is a leader when it comes to researching challenging mandates.
Jusveen has an MBA from AIMA and graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Economics) from Delhi University.
